My internet is down
  • Check power to your ONT/router and any PoE injectors.
  • Verify cables are firmly seated. Restart your router.
  • If on fiber, check the FNO app/status page for outages.
  • Still offline? Contact Us on WhatsApp.
Wi‑Fi slow or dropping
  • Move closer to the router or add a mesh node.
  • Select a less congested channel; separate 2.4/5 GHz SSIDs.
  • Update router firmware.
Latency or buffering
  • Run a speed test via Ethernet to isolate Wi‑Fi issues.
  • Close background downloads/updates on PCs/TV boxes.
  • Contact us if latency stays high during off‑peak hours.

Phone not registering
  • Check internet connectivity and LAN cabling.
  • Verify SIP username/password and server address.
  • Reboot the handset/PBX and try again.
One‑way audio or no audio
  • Disable SIP ALG on the router if enabled.
  • Ensure NAT traversal is set (STUN/keep‑alive) where applicable.
  • Test via mobile hotspot to rule out local firewall blocks.
Poor call quality
  • Prefer Ethernet over Wi‑Fi for desk phones.
  • Reduce heavy downloads/streaming during calls.
  • Share call timestamps so we can trace QoS.
